On the chip side of the board add 2 1K ohm resistors from the tops of R5 and R10 (as indicated with the red dots) to +5V (also marked with a red dot).

On the solder side of the board add 2 1K ohm resistors from the bottoms of R5 and R10 (as indicated with red dots) to Ground (marked with red dots).
